What the money actually buys.

Every listing video is shot to make you want the house. This series is shot to make you understand the price. We walk the property, say out loud what the number is really paying for, and name the part of the market that made it that number. Then we go somewhere else and do it again with a different figure.

The house is the story. The number is the argument.

The format is fixed on purpose. One market, one number, one property that shows what that number buys there. A ten million dollar house on a fixed barrier island is not the same asset as a ten million dollar house four hours inland, and the gap between them is the whole point of covering the Carolinas as one map instead of seven separate ones.

So we lead with the figure rather than the granite. What the tour is really measuring is scarcity: what a market has run out of, what it can still make more of, and which side of that line the address sits on. Sometimes the answer flatters the price. Sometimes it does not, and we say so.

Filmed on location with the advisor who actually works that market. No staging notes read off a sheet, no drone footage standing in for an argument.

One number, one market at a time.

What $10 Million Can Buy You on Hilton Head

Ten million on a fixed island does not buy square footage. It buys the one thing Hilton Head stopped making decades ago: deep water, and land to put a house on. Lindy Maxey-Kopotic walks Tidewater Manor with Damian.

Five million, four hours inland

We take half the Hilton Head budget up to the clearest big lake in the Carolinas and see how differently the money behaves when a market still has shoreline to sell. In production.

How to read these. A tour is one property in one market on one day, not a valuation. Figures quoted on screen come from the listing or from the advisor walking it, and markets move. Where a number is a working estimate rather than a verified figure, we say so on camera. Treat an episode as a way to calibrate what a price tag means in a place, then run your own situation with us before you act on it.
Weighing one of these markets?

We have been inside every one of these gates.

Before you tour a single home, an Advisory Conversation tells you which Carolina market actually fits the life you are building, and what the move is worth under the new tax math.
